I downloaded the file from the site and burned a disk. When I attempted to auto-run, it gave me this error message: [File is not a valid WIN32 file]. Message from read me says that this file contains a "UDF" file system that requires an Operating System that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system. I ran the Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor on my machine and all passed.
Is there something else that I can do to get this machine to accept the file? What else can I do to install this software on my machine? -- Gary

Install Vista from Download site
Sounds like you downloaded the x64 version. If that is the case and you have XP installed and not XP x64, you can only install the x64 version by booting from the burnt disk. ---------- Mark Dietz PROnetworks <http://www.pro-networks.org>

I am installing the 32 bit Vista Ultimate, full version as an upgrade to an XP-Pro, 32 bit system and am getting the same error. Any other thoughts?
I am trying to upgrade a Dell Inspiron 600m with the factory DVD burner.
